WHAT IS GYM QUICKIES?

Gym Quickies is my app-based virtual training platform. All workouts can be done in 30 minutes or less, making them efficient and easy to follow.  As a personal trainer, I get requests from a lot of people who ask for training programs, and this is my “GOTCHA COVERED” response.

Because I believe that the mind and body must be connected to achieve long lasting results, in addition to a weekly workout schedule I also include ongoing mobility routines, recovery routines and recorded breath and meditations.

All workouts need minimal equipment, however you can also add in more advanced equipment if you happen to be at a gym with a variety. All videos are demonstrated by me and are easy to follow along with.

When you download the Gym Quickie app, you will see all the workouts immediately appear on your screen! It is truly that easy. 

Is the app free to download?

  Yes the app is free to download and that also includes 5 rotating workouts weekly,  however personal training plans and monthly challenges cost extra.

How long will the workouts take?

All workouts are designed to take 30 minutes or less.

Do I need a gym?

No. You do not need a gym. All you need access to is the equipment I have listed above. However if you have access to a gym and want to do these workouts there, that is a great option. In addition, feel free to use other pieces of equipment at the gym to perform similar dumbbell based exercises.
