The saying “Fitness is a lifestyle” may be overused, but for good reason. My personal training programs dive much deeper than simply fitness and nutrition, and addresses personal values, habit changing, mindfulness and nervous system regulation (meditation and breath).

My sessions are designed individually based on the goals of my clients and for the most part, always include breath work, mobility and strength or HIIT based programming.

PRICING

Initial Consultation (first time clients only)

For first time clients I offer an initial consultation to discuss your health & fitness goals and assess your current fitness level.

60 Minute Personal Training

60 minutes dedicated to you and your specific goals. I create you a specific warm-up, workout and cool down to create balance, strength, fat loss and lean muscle tone. Sessions are different for every client depending on goals and also depending on recovery and sleep levels.

30 Minute Personal Training

30 minutes dedicated to you and your specific goals. I only recommend these sessions as “add ons” to a consistent plan as 30 minutes is typically not enough time for a full workout. However, if you are training for a race or some sort of cardio intensive competition, 30 minute strength sets would be the perfect addition to your regimen.

Small Group Training (3+)

These workouts are designed similar to personal training style workouts, however they take into account the different fitness levels of the group and cater to each individual. It is so much fun to workout with a group and these sessions hone in on the community aspect of fitness! Please reach out to me personally for more information on small group training and availability.

Can’t train with me in person but want a plan made for you and your goals? I offer custom online training plans. Prices depend on what you need. Please reach out to me personally and we will discuss your individual needs.

WHERE I TRAIN

 I currently work three days a week with clients (Monday, Tuesday and Thursday) between the hours of 6am-2pm. In addition, I also offer monthly check in sessions (plus training plans) for clients who are more advanced but still need a plan and accountability. My home gym is Vital Strength and Fitness (800 Lincoln St in Denver).
