the gym quickies: wellness challenge

Now a days we know that wellness extends much further than the walls of a gym or the restrictions of a diet plan. Join me for 1 week, 4 week, or 8 week challenge of true lifestyle change that will encompass movement, nature, empathy, connection,recovery, food nourishment and stillness. More info TBA.

OUTDOOR workouts

all levels welcome, $25 drop in

There are some things in life that are just meant to go together. Peanut butter and jelly, wine and charcuterie, and NATURE AND WORKOUTS! I will be hosting 2 outdoor workouts/month starting in May. Workouts will start with a good warm-up, include a great workout, and finish with stretching and guided breath work to start your day on the highest note possible. Hope to see you there!
