Gym Quickies is a mobile app that puts quick, yet effective workouts at your finger tips. All workouts are designed to take 30 minutes or less to complete, allowing you to get on with your day feeling amazing and accomplished. With Gym Quickies you get access to a variety of workouts including:

My personal training programs dive much deeper than simply fitness and nutrition, they address personal values, habit changing, mindfulness and nervous system regulation (meditation and breath).

Focusing on the whole picture sets my clients up for true lifestyle change and empowers them to be able to sustain a lifestyle that helps them truly live their best life.

Since working with Jourdan she has completely transformed my body to even MORE of what I wanted my body to be like – long lean muscles, curves in the right areas, physically toned everywhere, including trouble areas where I needed extra help.
